Sales at Fortico is being built from the ground up, and this role owns that build. You will work directly with the founding team to define how sales works across the group, across products and business lines, and then make it happen.

• Own and develop sales strategy for the group and its companies
• Identify and build the right sales channels for each product
• Build and manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure
• Set up and own our CRM and sales processes
• Build the sales function: hire local talent, establish processes and structure
• Own the sales targets and be accountable for what the function delivers
